We bring you the latest thinking and actionable insights

We research, collect, curate, and synthesize the latest thinking, practices, and success stories, into actionable insights and tools you can use right away. We develop and share our own thinking, approaches, and experiences. We bring this thinking and these insights to individuals, teams, and organizations through on-demand and live — online or in-person — formats, products and services.

We inspire and guide you

We believe in your people. We won‘t change your business. You have to do it. If you need a little help, we‘re here to inspire and guide you on your journey and co-create your very own new ways of working with you. But we won‘t do it for you.

We unite you with your peers

We‘re creating a tribe of like-minded people. Through communities, online and offline events, and special formats like the Brave New Leaders Circles and the Co-Creation Labs.

Whatever works for you

We‘re pragmatic. We believe in individualized solutions. There are no magic silver bullets. Every team, every organization is different and needs its own approach. Hence, we‘re methodology agnostic. Whatever works for you is fine. We give you the ingredients and show you how to turn them into your very own menu. Either on your own or together with us.

The only rule: action + reflection. No endless discussions. No meaningless action.
